Before the life I live now, I spent a decade in Wealth Management working for large corporations. It was a life full of long hours, pressure, and stress. As I looked around at my anxious colleagues, I felt drained and isolated. The chronic stress had taken a toll and I knew I had to make a change.

The conditions of our fast-paced modern world challenge our sense of connection, grounding, and peace. I’ve dedicated the last 6 years of my life to studying ancient healing therapies to help relieve the epidemic of chronic stress. I’ve found the answers lie in Ayuveda, the science of food as medicine, and a yoga lifestyle. The food we nourish our bodies with directly impacts the brain-gut-stress connection, and the way we move and breathe allows us to nourish our minds and find release. Together these are known as a yoga lifestyle and it allows us to not only relieve symptoms, but to thrive.

No part of the body is immune to the effect of stress. It can manifest in anything from headaches, insomnia, physical pain, anxiety, depression, weight gain, cancer, autoimmune disease, digestive problems, and brain fog. How many people do you personally know suffering from one of these ailments currently? My guess is, far too many. I’ve learned that few people know how to manage their stress and anxiety in a healthy way and I’m here to change that.
